18 Pinch District Downtown Memphis

The Pinch District Masterplan is a multi-block redevelopment focused on creating a vibrant mix of uses including retail, office, residential, commercial, and hospitality. The redevelopment is a bold approach to the revitalization of the north end of downtown, known as the Pinch District. The design of the redevelopment aims to bring connection, density, community, and innovation to the area.

With new dynamic places to live, work, play, create, explore, eat, and drink, the redevelopment will provide new, unparalleled options for those living, visiting, and working in the Pinch District. The development features high-end multifamily units, two hotels, retail offerings, and office buildings. Together, these allow for an activated epicenter for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. The Pinch District is planned to allow and encourage walkable pedestrian-oriented spaces and streets, connecting the existing downtown Memphis assets such as St. Jude, the Convention Center, the Pyramid/Bass Pro, and the Uptown District of downtown Memphis.
